Your Brazosnet.com Email Address was Migrated to Google Apps
Brazos Internet added Google Apps™ suite of tools to your Internet Service on February 14, 2012.
Google Apps is an online, web-based package of Internet, messaging and word processing tools that include powerful email, calendar, instant messaging (IM/Chat), document management, and personal website services. Your online experience is enhanced by increased email capacity and security. Google Apps allows you to work on documents together with friends and family with ease. Your email storage capacity has been increased to 7GB and your document and website combined storage capacity is 1GB. Brazos Internet also offers Google Postini TM Message Filtering, and enhanced spam and virus protection service.
Your email@example.com email address will continue to be the same. You can access all of your new Google Apps services by browsing here. Simply login with your username and password and start using Google Apps.
If you want to continue using an email client, it will be necessary to update your client settings as shown below. When asked to enter your email address, use your firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Email server addresses will be:
- Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
- Outgoing mail server smtp.gmail.com

You can access your Google Apps and Postini services along with MyAccount Control Panel, from anywhere you have access to the Internet.
